Valerie Coffaro is an aromatherapist, massage therapist, nutritionist, student of herbal medicine, grower of aromatic and medicinal plants and formulates botanical body care products and herbal preparations.

She is a graduate of the Swedish Institute in NYC, a member of the AMTA, has had a private practice for over 30 years and has worked with professional athletes some of whom have gone on to the Olympic Trials. 

Valerie is a level one certified aromatherapist and a member of the NAHA.  She gained her certification through the School of Aromatic Studies.  She also holds certificates in herbal medicine making.

Valerie is currently continuing her education to better learn how to combine herbal medicine and aromatherapy to support a holistic approach to wellness and health.
